All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message/email.

2. Shipping Time

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across India
Remote areas may take a little longer depending on the location

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email to track your package in real time.

5. Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Courier issues
High order volumes

MadeBee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always help you track your order.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. MadeBee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you promptly.
